Sterling Fooshee, Vice President of Operations at Cedar Recovery, brings a marketing background and a track record of operational excellence. With a focus on patient-centric digital marketing, he significantly improved brand visibility and patient engagement. As the first Director of Operational Innovation and Strategy, Sterling identified areas for improvement and spearheaded innovative initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Promoted to Vice President of Operations, he now oversees all operational aspects, ensuring seamless coordination and streamlined processes.

Sterling Fooshee has been the Vice President of Operations at Cedar Recovery since March 2024. Sterling joined Cedar Recovery with a background in marketing and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

‍Sterling’s experience in marketing began with his undergraduate studies at East Tennessee State University (ETSU), where he earned a degree in Marketing. Recognizing the growing significance of digital marketing, Sterling pursued further education and earned a graduate degree in Digital Marketing from ETSU. This educational foundation equipped him with the knowledge and skills to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape.

‍In 2019, Sterling joined Cedar Recovery as the Marketing Director. He implemented a patient-focused digital marketing strategy that significantly boosted the company’s brand visibility and patient engagement.

‍In 2021, Sterling became the first Director of Operational Innovation and Strategy at Cedar Recovery. In this role, Sterling played a key part in identifying areas for improvement within Cedar Recovery’s operations and spearheaded innovative initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness. Under his supervision, the operations team is continuously making data driven operational improvements for best-in-class evidence-based treatment interventions.

‍Building on his growth within the organization, Sterling was promoted to Director of Operations in 2022. In his current role, he oversees all operational aspects of Cedar Recovery, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and implementing strategies to streamline processes.

Sterling’s instrumental leadership in the company’s growth led to his promotion to Vice President of Operations in 2024. In this role, Sterling will continue to oversee the entire operations department, manage strategic planning and execution, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
